Carlow Gaa Notes Tuesday 29th July

Only one game in the minor hurling championship last evening Mt. Leinster Rngs defeated Ballinkillen by 1-13 to 1-8 that game was in Ballinkillen

This evening Fenagh and Ballinabranna meet in the junior football championship ‘C’ semi-final in McGrath Park at 7-30.

The second semi-final is on Wednesday evening in Dr. Cullen Park bringing Clonmore and Naomh Eoin in to action at 7-30.

This coming weekend sees the commencement of the Michael Lyng Motors Carlow senior football championship and also the intermediate football championship

This year the senior football championship will have only eight teams taking part and the intermediate football championship also consists of eight teams play on the league system in two groups of four.
