Council disputes claim that it sought retrospective planning permission for CAS

Kilkenny county council has disputed claims that it has sought retrospective planning permission in relation to the Central Access Scheme.

Acting Director of Services with the council Simon Walton says they did make a submission to An Bord Pleanála last December.

But he says it was simply to confirm what had already been approved in relation to the works.
