Folk/Roots: Studio 2 Session – Davie Furey (19/9/2015)

Davie Furey’s album “Easy Come, Easy Go” has been winning many fans around the country and he’s putting in the hard graft to get it out there. It’s a fine collection of songs that have a real sense of honesty and craft running through them. There are story songs there too, some historical, packing a lyrical punch and Davie’s voice and the arrangements make them come alive. They’re the result of hard work and not a little magic between the musicians that helped to make the album.

He dropped by Studio 2 to chat about the songs and the making of the album and we hear two live songs.
