If you’re a primary school student in Kilkenny or Carlow (or the parent/guardian of one), now’s your chance to tell us why your teacher is one in a million!
It’s KCLR’s Teacher of the Year, and we would be grateful if you could nominate a teacher who’s gone above and beyond. Tell us what makes them amazing — maybe they always greet you with a smile, make learning fun, or simply know how to make everyone feel included.
The winning teacher gets the KCLR Teacher of the Year trophy, PLUS a classroom pizza party thanks to the culinary family at Smithland’s Centre, Loughboy: Marios Diner, Primo Italian Restaurant, and Doppio Café & Restaurant.
