11 Kilkenny properties to go under the hammer in the last Allsop’s Auction of the year

11 Kilkenny properties are going under the hammer in the last Allsop’s Auction of the year on the 13th of December.

The Kilkenny offering is headlined by Old town hill, a detached five bedroom house in Tullaroan, situated on 22.7 acres of land, reserved at €300,000 – €350,000.

Other properties include a unit at Hebron Industrial Estate going for between €230,000 and €250,000 and a farmhouse with land in Mullinavat for €220,000.

Allsop’s use online technology, first introduced in 2015, to sell their listed properties.
