Friends and family of Jo Jo Dolland will gather at the Missing Persons memorial in the grounds of Kilkenny Castle later today.
This day, 19 years ago, the 21 year old disappeared as she was making her way from Dublin back home to Callan in Co Kilkenny.
She made a phone call from a phone box in Moone Co Kildare a short time later.
Despite an extensive investigation by the Gardai, Jo Jo has never been found.
