2 local women make shortlist for Image Businesswoman of the year awards

2 local women have made the shortlist for the Image Businesswoman of the year awards.

The idea is to recognise and celebrate inspiration women from across all areas of the Irish business world including including entrepeneurship, digital and creative industries.

The shortlists for the nine categories have been whittled down from more than 350 enteries.

Nominated in the entrepreneurship category is Linda Nolan of MyBio in Kilkenny who already won the overall National Enterprise Award this year

Another Kilkenny woman – Chief executive of the Design & Crafts Council of Ireland Karen Hennessy is nominated in the CEO category
