A total of six people have now been arrested over a robbery at the Urlingford Post Office earlier this week.
Three men were arrested after being stopped at a roadblock in Freshford after the raid on Monday
Gardai are believed to have also recovered €16,000 in cash.
A short time later a fourth man was arrested in Kilkenny.
All four have been charged with robbery and are due in court again next week.
A fifth man was arrested in KIlkenny and a sixth in Paulstown on Wednesday evening.
Both have been released without charge in the early hours of this morning after questioning.
Gardai says their investigations are ongoing and are thanking the public for all their assistance so far.
