A local man has died after being run over by a truck in Carlow.
The incident happened at College Green at about 1.30pm on Wednesday.
The 28-year-old man from the local area was declared dead by paramedics at the scene.
The Gardai and the Health and Safety Authority are both investigating.
The scene remains sealed off this evening for forensic examination.
