A local TD says that while a 6 hour turn around at the A and E in St Luke Hospital doesn’t sound great, its one of the quickest in the country.
Pat Deering issued a statement this weekend commending the efficiency of the department after the health Minister said that 88 per cent of patients in the local A and E were seen, admitted or discharged within 6 hours.
He says its faster than a lot of places.
