600 secondary school students turn out at south Kilkenny agricultural college for Agri-Aware Walk & Talk

600 second-level students have turned out at Teagasc Kildalton Agricultural College since yesterday for Agri Aware’s last outings of its annual Farm Walk and Talk series. 

KCLR News’ Dermot Keyes stopped by there today and has been catching up with a host of people.

Kilkenny native and former IFA county Chair Jim Mulhall is now Vice Chair of Agri Aware;

James Ryan is Vice Principal of the Piltown based facility; 

Jack, a student from Bunclody Community College, is from a farming family;

Grainne McGrath is with Laois Offaly Education and Training Board (ETB) which has covered student fees for those attending the Farm Walk & Talks;
