63 people have been arrested following searches, involving garda personnel from the south east, as part of an international law enforcement action.
As part of that in Ireland 37 searches and 63 arrests were carried out in Waterford, Tipperary, Portlaoise as well as Tallaght, Tralee, Coolock, Blanchardstown, Galway, Lucan, Ballyfermot and Clondalkin.
Among the items seized were 11 phones, two cars worth appro €40,000 and €49,000 of goods which are suspected were bought with stolen or laundered money, €81,133 & $260,953 in cryptocurrency while 17 bank accounts were blocked under suspicion of being opened under false names.
17 of those arrested were charged with six dealt with under the Juvenile Diversion Programme.
