More restrictions on St Patricks Day celebrations in Carlow

Yet more restrictions are being placed on St Patricks Day celebrations in Carlow this year.

Organisers issued a statement yesterday to say that “the use of coloured spray and foam’ is now BANNED at the parade.

It follows the recent announcement that no floats will be allowed to take part in the March 17th celebrations in Carlow this year.
