The 3rd annual Charlie Curran Memorial run will take place in Carlow in the New Year.
The charity fun-run (or walk) is being held on the 29th of January, starting at the Carlow Town Hurling Club.

It has a 5k and a 10k route as well as a 400m dash for kids.
Organiser Charlie Curran Junior’s started it up in memory of his father Charlie who died in 2005 of a heart attack.

The funds raised go to the Irish Heart Foundation.
