Tonight’s show had a historical and forward looking emphasis.

As we approach the 100th anniversary of the founding of Kilkenny Creamery, Matt O’Keeffe is putting together a series of interviews with people who have been involved over the years with the dairy cooperative. The first of these interviews was with Bob Cody, who worked in a variety of roles with Kilkenny Creamery and is now a contractor haulier who, with his sons and staff collects milk for Glanbia and delivers it to Ballyragget, Belview and Virginia.
