Gardaí investigating report of abduction attempt in Kilkenny on Sunday

Kilkenny Gardaí say they are investigating reports of an incident on the Hebron road yesterday afternoon.

A post on social media claimed that three children had been stopped in the Ossory park area by the occupants of a Grey transit type van who tried to put them into the vehicle.

Gardaí were alerted and say there is an investigation underway.
