Irish Rail has revised timetable in place for Bank Holiday Weekend for all routes, including through Carlow and Kilkenny

Rail passengers are advised that a revised timetable will be in place on all routes for the Bank Holiday weekend.

Customers are reminded intercity travel must be booked in advance, including for the Belfast Enterprise service.

Locally, there are four train stations at Thomastown, Kilkenny City, Bagenalstown and Carlow Town.

Meanwhile, DART services are suspended between Bray and Greystones due to works but tickets will be valid for bus services.

And there are some delays on the Luas Red line this morning.

The operator says it’s because of an operational issue.
