Hundreds turn out for vigil of Crettyard woman Ann Delaney

Hundreds of people attended a vigil last night for a Crettyard woman who died sleeping rough in Dublin.

47 year old Ann Delaney is understood to have been living on the streets for at least seven years – she died around 9am on Sunday on Aungier Street.

Flowers and candles were left at the spot where her body was discovered as a crowd gathered to mark her passing.

Funeral details for the mother of one have not yet been announced.
