The memory of CervicalCheck campaigner Vicky Phelan has been honoured yet again.
The Education and Training Board paid tribute to the Mooncoin native who died in 2022, in a special event at Thomond Park.

Over 200 delegates gave the family a standing ovation with her husband Jim Phelan and their son Darragh presented with the Alumni Award by Conor Power, the principal of Coláiste Cois Siuire, where Vicky began her educational journey.
