A man arrested in connection with the window-smashing spree that occurred in Kilkenny City yesterday has been released on bail.
Four business’s in the Dean Street, Irishtown, Vicar Street area were struck just after 5am.

Gardaí identified a suspect and he was arrested and subsequently charged.
He appeared at Carlow District Court earlier today where he was released on bail.

He is due to appear again in Kilkenny District Court on February 11th.
