Kingscroft Developments Limited has been granted planning to add further units to a previous planning application in Kilkenny.
Nine more appartments will be added to the at William Robertson Way, Poulgour Road, Kilkenny bringing the total to 39.

This is in addition to the 130 houses, and 52 Duplex apartments given the green light in 2023.
It brings the total number of units on the site to 221.
