Visitor restrictions remain in place at St Luke Hospital for Carlow/Kilkenny this morning.
The measures were introduced yesterday to help reduce the spread of flu, COVID-19 and RSV.
Only one visitor per patient is permitted during visiting hours of 6pm to 8pm, unless otherwise authorised by the Ward Manager.
Visitors are required to wear a mask while in the wards while the measures will be kept under review.
Anyone with non-emergency conditions are being asked to consider alternative care options such as GPs, pharmacies, and out-of-hours GP services
