UPDATE 8:30am It’s been confirmed that a man aged in his twenties was taken to University Hospital Waterford with injuries believed to be non – life threatening following the incident at Ardboy, Bonnettstown.

One person’s understood to have been injured in a crash in county Kilkenny last evening.
The single-vehicle incident happened at about 6pm in the Bonnettstown area, between our local city and Tullaroan.

A stretch of the route was closed for a time but has since reopened.
