Price of average second-hand three-bed semi rose by 0.8% in both Carlow and Kilkenny in the last three months

The price of an average second-hand, three-bed semi rose by 0.8% in both Carlow and Kilkenny in the last three months.

That’s according to the latest national survey by REA which shows the highest jumps were in Donegal and Laois, both up over 3% in June compared to March figures.

There was no change for six counties of Cavan, Clare, Kerry, Kildare, Waterford city and Wicklow.
