The Ferrybank Shopping Centre’s latest saga’s set to continue for another two weeks at least.
Waterford City and County Council sought a judicial review into the approval of Kilkenny County Council to approve redevelopment sought by anchor tenant Dunnes Stores last year.

The case was raised yesterday in the High court before Mr Justice Richard Humphreys but was adjourned for mention on Monday, 6th of July.
It has now been transferred to the ‘Planning and Environment’ court list for mention on that date.
