Plans have been lodged for a major redevelopment of the Laharts Van Centre on the Waterford Road.
The proposal involves demolishing the existing motor showroom and service workshop and replacing it with three new single-storey buildings.

These will include vehicle sales showrooms, a service workshop, and a valeting and wash facility.
The development would also provide customer and staff parking, electric vehicle charging points, bicycle parking, landscaping, drainage works, and new vehicle display and storage areas.
