Kilkenny Gardaí take community clinic to Ballyragget

Kilkenny Gardaí today bring their community clinic to Ballyragget.

Catch the crew at the Community Centre there between 11am and 1pm as follows;

Sgt Steve Allen told KCLR News; “Community clinics, they play a vital role especially in the rural communities in Kilkenny and county Kilkenny because it’s a way for us to engage with the rural communities and, you know, get out to the people that maybe are a bit more isolated or maybe feel they’re a bit further away from the town centres and they’re not able to get into the garda stations when they might have something they might need to seek advice on or look for or get some forms signed or maybe to try and meet the Guard to have a chat about something so we’re bringing the Gardaí to them”.
