A fully revised Quantity Surveyor’s report on the costings for the Carlow Town Centre Scheme, with a revised business case, has been the subject of intensive work by Carlow County Council officials over the past five months.
Both documents have been prepared with a view to accessing the required Urban Regeneration and Development Funding for the scheme, which will regenerate several streets in Carlow town centre, including Tullow Street, Barrack Street and the Potato Market.
Total funding for the scheme is now expected to exceed €20million. (See here).
