One of Kilkenny’s oldest buildings is among 100 across the world set to take part in a global awareness campaign tonight.
‘Light up Amber’ has been organised to highlight details regarding Appendix Cancer which is estimated to affect approx one to two people per million each year across the world.
Key properties in the United States, Canada, Australia and Ireland set to be bathed in the colour tonight – among them Kilkenny Castle, the Rock of Cashel in Tipperary, Cork City Hall and 11 Dublin bases.
