The man in the middle for Sundays All Ireland senior hurling semi final between Kilkenny and Waterford has been hit with a 1 month ban.
Brian Gavin was punished for remarks he made to a match official after a club match in Offaly.

But he plans to appeal and so will still be refereeing the clash in Croke park
