A Kilkenny city eatery has closed its doors for good.

The Lemongrass Restaurant on Johns Bridge has been trading in the city for almost two decades.

In a social media posting they said “We regret to announce that Lemongrass Restaurant in Kilkenny has closed permanently.

We are incredibly grateful for your support and loyalty throughout our years in Kilkenny.

To our customers that have vouchers we would be delighted to see you in our Carlow or Clonmel restaurants.
