You’ve heard of ‘Twin Peaks’ well today a Kilkenny woman will be undertaking ‘Three Peaks’ in aid of Crumlin Children’s Hospital!
Monica Duggan is trying to climb the three highest mountains in Great Britain in just 24 hours in aid of the children’s hospital in Dublin.
She started with Ben Nevis – which is nearly 4 and a half thousand feet high – in Scotland this morning and will then move onto Scafell in England this evening and finally Snowdon in Wales in the early hours of tomorrow morning.
