Aggravated Burglary in Carlow

Carlow Gardai are appealing for any witnesses to an aggravated burglary in the Polerton Little area of the town.

Three men wearing balaclavas and armed with a baseball bat and a knife entered the house shortly before midnight last night.

A man living in the house was assaulted and brought to St Luke’s Hospital with non life threatening injuries.

The men took a quantity of cash and a beige coloured 04 Carlow registered Suzuki Grand Vitara.
