Another Kilkenny hotel is coming on the market.
The Ormonde Hotel is to be offered for sale in a portfolio with 2 others – the Malton in Killarney and the Metropole in Cork.
Its the 2nd city centre hotel to come on the market in recent months – the Rivercourt sold for around 9 million a short time ago.
Meanwhile a sale was agreed for Mount Juliet Hotel and Golf resort just last week for 15 million.
Manager of the Ormonde Hotel Colin Ahern told KCLR news that those sales would have prompted the owners to sell.
