Apricot, Celery and Walnut Stuffing
Ingredients
- 275g / 10 oz breadcrumbs
- 100g apricots chopped
- 2 sticks of celery chopped
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 100g / 4oz butter melted
- 2tbl fresh mixed herbs – ie parsley sage chive finely chopped
- zest 1 lemon
- 50g / 2oz walnuts chopped
- salt and pepper
Method
1. Cook the onion and celery in the melted butter.
2. Then add to the remaining ingredients and use to stuff the turkey.
