“Audiences loving the film makes it all worth it” says Kilkenny man involved in BAFTA winning film

The Kilkenny man who worked on a BAFTA winning film 

Colbert Fennelly’s from Stoneyford and went to school in Ballyhale – he moved Stateside more than three decades ago and has worked on many well known productions since, a number of which have won a range of prizes including a 2023 Oscar for ‘Avatar The Way of Water’ which he brought home for a visit.

While hopes are high of adding another statuette to the list with two nominations making Academy Award shortlists for this year (15th March), KCLR News’ Edwina Grace caught up with Colbert following his team’s latest victory, a BAFTA for ‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’;
