Glanbia is establishing a firm footing in China ahead of the abolition of milk quotas next year.
The Kilkenny based food group has today launched its Avonmore brand in Shanghai meaning its long-life milk will be available on supermarket shelves all over China.
Its part of a week-long agri-food trade mission in China which has been a huge success story for local companies – Keenans of Borris also announced expansion plans there earlier in the week.
