We wont know until tomorrow at the earliest if Phil Hogan is getting a new job in Europe.
The makeup of the new Cabinet now wont be revealed until tomorrow.

The Taoiseach and Tanaiste are to meet again later today to finish their discussions.
Its expected that Minister Hogan will not be in the new Cabinet but will instead be taking up the role of EU commissioner in Brussels.
