Carlow actress in running for top award from London Film Critics Circle

Carlow actress Saoirse Ronan is in the running to be named Best Young British Performer by the London Film Critics Circle.

She is one of 5 nominated for the award and the only girl in the running.

Saoirse gets the nomination for her performance in The Grand Budapest Hotel.

She played a baker called Agatha in the comedy starring alongside Ralph Fiennes, Jude Law and Bill Murray.
