Carlow and Kilkenny celebrating World Book Day

Don’t be surprised if you see mini versions of some well-known characters from famous stories out and about today.

It’s World Book Day and this typically sees events at local libraries while many schools allow pupils to cast away their uniforms and instead present as their favourite reading subject.
