Carlow and Kilkenny included in the Status yellow weather warning for thunderstorms

A status yellow weather warning for thunderstorms has been issued for Carlow, Kilkenny and nationwide.

Met Éireann’s alert begins at midday today and expires at ten o’clock tonight.

It says the showers could bring spot flooding, poor visibility, and difficult travelling conditions.
