Carlow Anti-Social behaviour – an international perspective – 03/11/26

Les Russell lives in Vancouver Island and drives a lorry for a living. He has visited Carlow & Kilkenny on his 3 trips to Ireland over the years. His family hail from Cork. He was listening to the show yesterday from Canada. He is not very familiar with what’s going on in Carlow. But thinks such anti-social behaviour is a worldwide problem and there’s the issue is that there are too many factors that affect what is going on.
