Carlow council crews deal with crash, oil spill and person stuck in a car

It’s been a busy start for crews in Carlow.

There’s been a crash on the R448 at Cloughna and an oil spill on the N80 at Tinryland.

Teams have been out dealing with weather-related issues, including trying to free one person from a car stranded in flooding. (More weather updates for both counties here).
