Leo Varadkar’s comments about the rural/urban divide won’t have done current Fine Gael leader Simon Harris any favours, according to one Carlow Councillor.
Reflecting on his comments the former Taoiseach said he may have gone too far when claiming that urban Ireland was footing the bill for those living and working in rural communities.
