Carlow Councillor says ‘senseless vandals’ are putting lives at risk

Lives are being put at risk.

That’s the warning from Carlow Councillor Fintan Phelan after every life-buoy in the Town park was either destroyed or removed last week.

Its not the first time its happened and Councillor Phelan says it should not be tolerated any longer.

He wants the Council to consider putting alarms on the live-saving devices to try to hinder the vandals
