Carlow county councillors will meet again later this week to discuss whether or not to cut the property tax rate for locals after a meeting yesterday afternoon was adjourned.
Cathaoirleach Fergal Browne told KCLR a proposal to cut the rate by 15 percent was submitted but members agreed they would get a detailed costing on that before it would be considered.
He says they will gather again this Friday at 3 o clock.
