Carlow Gardaí looking for witnesses to robbery

Gardai in Carlow are appealing for witnesses after a robbery in the Pollerton area.

It happened in the early hours of yesterday morning as a man returned to his home at around 2.15am.

He was confronted by a number of men and a sum of money was taken from him.

Gardaí believe there may have been a silver vehicle involved and want to hear from anyone who might have been in the area between 2.15 and 2.45 Wednesday night/Thursday morning.
