Carlow was the hottest place in the country last month.
Met Eireann has released the stats for July showing the highest temperature of 27-point-6 celsius was recorded at Oak Park last friday on the 25th.
All mean temperatures were above their Long-Term Averages with Carlow again seeing the biggest difference at 1-point-3 degrees
