There’s some news for Carlow in the Governments new Action Plan for Jobs revealed this morning.
Its one of 9 locations selected for an IDA property investment programme.
The aim is to attract a significant investment into the area by 2017.
Deputy Pat Deering told KCLR news it looks positive.
