Carlow will play their Senior Hurling in the Leinster Championship next year after a good win over Antrim in Netwatch Cullen Park yesterday.
2-18 to 1-11 is how it finished however Antrim have been relegated to the Christy Ring Cup for next year.
In the other game, Laois beat Westmeath 1-20 to 1-17, so both teams qualify and Laois will face Offaly in the Leinster quarter-finals and Westmeath take on Wexford.
Speaking to KCLR after the game, Carlow Manager Pat English says they put in a good performance but are disappointed that they didn’t perform like that in earlier games….
